Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Simulation Premier League ("SPL", "we", "us") on www.simulationpremierleague.com and in our iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using SPL you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SPL.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country).
• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account; do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings; it is disabled immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.

SPL is a shared, persistent football simulation. Match results are produced by our simulation engine; standings, transfers, contracts, awards, and history belong to the shared game world. We may rebalance the simulation, adjust schedules, or correct errors in the interest of a fair league, and we may reset or amend records affected by bugs or abuse.

In-game balances, contracts, sponsorships, and any other virtual items are game features with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money, or transferred outside the game, and may be modified or removed as part of running the league.

SPL includes a social network: posts, replies, messages, and communities. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that targets any person or group.
• Impersonate others, spam, scam, or advertise without our permission.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or manipulate matches, transfers, or the in-game economy.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems, or access accounts or data that are not yours.

You can report content and block or restrict other users inside SPL. We review reports and may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, to protect the league and its players.

You keep ownership of the content you create in SPL. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the service so the game and its social features can function. Deleting content or your account ends this licence except for content already shared with others (for example, replies quoted in another player’s thread) and records we must keep for legal reasons.

The SPL name, crest, game design, simulation engine, and service are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and website for playing the game. SPL is an original fantasy football world and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the English Premier League or any real football competition, club, or player.

SPL is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features, suspend the service for maintenance, or discontinue the service. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of material changes. Seasons, fixtures, and simulations may be delayed, replayed, or corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we disclaim all warranties, express or implied; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or virtual items; and our total liability for any claim relating to SPL is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently nothing — SPL is free) and USD $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using SPL or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, harm other players, or create legal risk. Sections 6–9 survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. If the changes are material we will update the date above and notify you in the app before they take effect; continuing to use SPL after that means you accept the new Terms.
